Wanting to create amazing chocolate bonbons but too afraid to temper chocolate? Then this class is for you! In this hands on chocolate workshop, we will unravel the secrets of a non-fail chocolate tempering technique and make delicious bonbons, truffles and other chocolate treats like the experts!
