In this hands-on class, you will learn basic fondant and buttercream skills. You will learn how to frost and crumb coat your cake with buttercream. You will also learn how to tint, cut, and cover your cake in fondant and much more.
All supplies are included. At the conclusion of each class, students get to take home their decorated cupcakes/cakes and basic decorating starter kits/tools to practice their new learned skill.

Maria, a graduate of the Professional Baking Program at ACE, is the owner of My Sweetness Creations, an online cake studio that specializes in custom cakes. She is a Certified Professional Cake Decorator, a Professional Advanced Cake Decorator, and a Certified Wilton Instructor.
