Learn two Classic Holiday Desserts: Buche de Noel (Yule Log) and Croquembouche (croque-en-bouche), a French dessert consisting of choux pastry (cream puffs) piled into a cone and bound with threads of caramel.
In this hands-on class, you will learn and make Cream Puffs, Pastry Cream, French Buttercream, Classic Genoise Sponge Cake, and Basic Sugar Work. You will help assemble the two classic desserts and taste them with holiday drinks.
