In this hands-on class, you will learn how to fill and frost a cake : how to properly use a piping bag and decorating tips; how to tint and make fondant decorations; cover a cake in fondant. All supplies are provided. All you need to bring to class is a good attitude and the will to learn something new. At the conclusion of the class, each student will get to take home their masterpiece to share with family and friends.
Instructor : Maria Serrano , ACE Professional Baking Graduate. She’s the owner of My Sweetest creations, an online cake studio that specializes in custom cakes. She is a Certified Professional Cake Decorator and a Certified Wilton Instructor.
